Why we built an HR-only board
General job portals are built for scale across every function. That works well for volume, and badly for specialisation. An HR professional searching for an HRBP role wades through sales, engineering and operations listings that happen to share a keyword. An employer advertising a Compensation & Benefits vacancy receives applications from candidates who have never worked in rewards.
HR Job World narrows the board to one profession. Every listing is a Human Resources role, sorted into the discipline it actually belongs to — HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, HR Leadership, HR Tech, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Compensation & Benefits. Candidates see a shorter, more relevant list. Employers get a better-matched applicant pool.
How we work
- HR roles only. Non-HR vacancies are declined. The niche is the product.
- Every listing is reviewed for HR relevance and completeness before it publishes.
- Listings expire. Each role carries a validity period and comes down when it ends, rather than sitting live long after the position has closed.
- Real roles only. We do not pad the board with scraped or speculative listings to look larger than we are.
Where we operate
India first — Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Gurugram and Noida, plus remote roles open to candidates anywhere in the country. Coverage of the USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia and Canada is planned in phases as employer demand in each market builds.
Who we are
HR Job World was founded in 2025 and is operated by a small team based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We are early, and we would rather say so than claim scale we have not built yet.
