HR Director – Global Capability Centre

About the role

Confidential (via HR Job World) is seeking a HR Director – Global Capability Centre based in Hyderabad to lead the people agenda end to end — strategy, structure, talent, rewards and culture — with executive-level accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own the people strategy for the business, aligned to its commercial plan and growth stage.
• Lead the HR leadership team across talent acquisition, business partnering, rewards, L&D and HR operations.
• Own organisation design, workforce planning, succession and the leadership pipeline.
• Define the total-rewards philosophy and present people risk, cost and capability positions to the board.
• Sponsor culture, engagement and HR technology investment, and hold the function accountable for measurable outcomes.

What the employer is looking for

• Track record leading a full HR function through a defined growth, restructure or transformation cycle.
• Experience across more than one HR discipline, with credible depth in at least two.
• Ownership of an HR budget and comfort presenting people risk and cost to a board or executive committee.
• Strong organisation design, succession planning and total-rewards judgement.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognised institute; senior HR certifications are an advantage.
