HR Executive – Employee Lifecycle

About the role

Vaayu Logistics is hiring a HR Executive – Employee Lifecycle in Pune to own the operational backbone of its people function — payroll accuracy, HRMS integrity, statutory compliance and employee-lifecycle service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle, including inputs, validation, disbursement and post-payroll reconciliation.
• Maintain HRMS data integrity across joiners, movers and leavers, and act as the system owner for employee master data.
• Ensure statutory compliance across EPF, ESI, professional tax, gratuity and Shops & Establishments requirements.
• Run onboarding, confirmation, transfer and exit processes to agreed service levels.
• Build and publish monthly HR operations dashboards covering headcount, attrition and process TAT.

What the employer is looking for

• Hands-on experience with an HRMS such as SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Keka or Zoho People.
• Working knowledge of Indian statutory requirements — EPF, ESI, professional tax, gratuity and labour codes.
• Demonstrated ownership of a full payroll cycle with accuracy and audit readiness.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfort working with large employee datasets.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
