HRIS Analyst – SuccessFactors

About the role

Pinnacle Digital Services is hiring a HRIS Analyst – SuccessFactors in Pune to own HR platform configuration, data integrity and reporting, bridging the HR function and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own configuration, data integrity and user support for the core HR platform.
• Manage integrations between the HRIS and payroll, finance, ITSM and downstream reporting systems.
• Translate HR process requirements into system design, and test and document every change before release.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
• Drive platform roadmap items, release readiness and adoption across the HR user base.

What the employer is looking for

• Hands-on configuration experience on SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM or Darwinbox.
• Understanding of core HR processes and how they map to system design.
• Reporting and analytics capability — advanced Excel plus SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience managing integrations, testing cycles and release documentation.
• Relevant platform certification is strongly preferred.
