Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Pinnacle Digital Services is hiring a Learning & Development Manager in Chennai to build capability across the organisation through well-designed, measurable learning programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Run training needs analysis with business and HR stakeholders and translate findings into a learning plan.
• Design and build learning content across digital, blended and classroom formats.
• Administer the learning management system, including curricula, assignment rules and completion reporting.
• Facilitate or coordinate delivery of behavioural, functional and leadership programmes.
• Measure learning impact beyond attendance — capability shift, application on the job and linked business metrics.

What the employer is looking for

• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
• LMS administration experience on a platform such as Cornerstone, Docebo, Disprz or LinkedIn Learning.
• Ability to evidence learning impact with data, not just completion rates.
• Facilitation certification is an advantage.
