Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

Meridian Consumer Brands is hiring a Organizational Development Specialist in Gurugram to work on organisation design, talent frameworks, culture and change — the systems that shape how the company operates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organisation design work including structure, spans, layers and role clarity.
• Build and maintain competency frameworks, career paths and job architecture.
• Design and run engagement surveys, interpret results and drive action planning with leaders.
• Own change-management planning and communication for organisation-wide transitions.
• Partner with HRBPs and leadership to embed talent-management and performance frameworks.

What the employer is looking for

• Experience in organisation design, competency frameworks or performance-system design.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical capability, with survey design and interpretation experience.
• Change-management methodology exposure and senior-stakeholder facilitation skill.
• Ability to build frameworks that HRBPs and line leaders can actually deploy.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or an OD/organisational psychology qualification is preferred.
