Senior HRBP – Manufacturing

About the role

Kalyani Precision Works is hiring a Senior HRBP – Manufacturing in Pune to act as the people advisor to a business unit leadership team, covering performance, employee relations, engagement and organisation change.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the people advisor to an assigned business unit leadership team on structure, capability and performance.
• Drive the annual performance, talent review and succession-planning cycles within the unit.
• Manage employee relations matters, grievances and disciplinary processes with fairness and documented rigour.
• Analyse attrition and engagement data, and convert findings into agreed retention actions with the business.
• Support organisation changes, restructures and role transitions with clear communication and change planning.

What the employer is looking for

• Prior HRBP or people-partner experience supporting a defined business unit.
• Demonstrated handling of employee relations cases with documented, defensible process.
• Experience running performance and talent-review cycles end to end.
• Comfort with people data — attrition analysis, engagement scores and workforce reporting.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognised institute is preferred.
