Technical Recruiter – Product Engineering

About the role

Lumen Systems is looking for a Technical Recruiter – Product Engineering in Bengaluru to own hiring delivery for a defined portfolio, partnering closely with hiring managers and improving both speed and quality of hire.

Key responsibilities

• Own an assigned requisition portfolio end to end, from intake conversation through to offer acceptance.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, professional networks and direct outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers on role calibration, interview structure and feedback discipline.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the applicant tracking system and report weekly on funnel health.
• Track and improve core hiring metrics: time to fill, offer-to-join ratio, source mix and candidate experience.

What the employer is looking for

• Proven closing record on a comparable requisition portfolio, with metrics you can speak to.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, Naukri RMS or Zoho Recruit.
• Strong sourcing capability across job boards, professional networks, referrals and direct outreach.
• Confident stakeholder management with hiring managers at manager and director level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
