Total Rewards Manager

About the role

Northgate Shared Services is hiring a Total Rewards Manager in Gurugram to own benchmarking, pay structure, incentive modelling and benefits programmes with analytical rigour and discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Run salary benchmarking against recognised survey data and maintain the internal pay structure.
• Support job evaluation and grading, and keep job architecture consistent across the organisation.
• Model and administer the annual increment, bonus and incentive cycles.
• Manage benefits and insurance programmes, including renewals, utilisation review and employee communication.
• Prepare compensation analysis, cost impact and pay-equity reporting for HR and business leadership.

What the employer is looking for

• Hands-on benchmarking experience using Mercer, Aon or WTW survey methodology.
• Advanced Excel modelling capability; exposure to a compensation module in a major HRIS.
• Understanding of job evaluation, grading and pay-structure design.
• Discretion and accuracy when handling confidential compensation data.
• MBA/PGDM in HR, finance or a quantitative discipline is preferred.
